OUR PHILOSOPHY
Grown, not driven
A pure organic garden of eighteen hundred square metres, nestled in tropical greenery. We work mindfully with nature, giving every fruit and every vegetable the time it needs.
ORGANIC GARDEN
We give nature time

Mindful and sustainable — we tend the garden in the rhythm of the seasons, not in the rhythm of yield.
Our fruits and vegetables grow at their own pace. We push nothing to peak performance, use no artificial fertilisers, and only harvest when the ripeness allows it. What grows slowly, grows well.
We compost what the garden gives, collect rainwater, and plant in mixed cultures so the soil stays alive. Insects, birds, and butterflies are just as welcome here as our guests.
This is how the garden remains a quiet place — tended by hand, in harmony with the land on which it stands.
“What grows slowly tastes of more.”
THE GARDEN

60 hens provide fresh eggs

In the garden lives a flock of sixty hens. They scratch, peck, and fertilise, closing the garden’s cycle in the most natural way.
They keep pests in check, loosen the soil, and turn garden scraps into fertile earth. Every morning they lay fresh eggs for our kitchen. They live outdoors, at their own pace, kept with the same mindfulness with which we tend the garden.
